Activate e-learning for multiple crew

When a new record is added, it will automatically be in the missing section of the records page. In order to activate the email reminding function for the new record, go to the missing page, search for the new record by writing the record name in the filter. 

Now select - Work with multiple records

Now you can select all the crew that you want to start sending emails to for this specific record.

When you have selected all applicable records, hover the Action-button and select - Use LMS.

The email reminders are now active.
