Courses can contain a lot of data, so you can choose which courses are downloaded to your iPad. Open Courses in the ☰ menu and tap the Sync Settings tab.

Choose a synchronisation mode:

• All Courses – every course where you're an instructor is downloaded and kept up to date automatically. This is the simplest option, but uses the most storage and makes syncs slower if you have many trainees.
  
  
• Manual Selection – you choose which courses to download. When you select this, a list of your courses appears below, one entry per trainee with their progress. Tick the ones you want on your iPad; use Filter by student name to find a trainee quickly. The counter shows how many you've selected. Use this mode if you only work with a few trainees at a time.
  
  
• Auto (Event-Based) – courses are downloaded automatically when they're linked to one of your upcoming events. Useful if your training is always scheduled through Events.

Tap Save Settings to apply your choice, then Sync Now to download courses straight away.

Changing this setting doesn't delete anything on the server — it only controls what's stored on your iPad. If a course you expect isn't showing under Active Courses, check this setting first.
