A course in Crewdox is a structured training programme — for example a conversion or command course — made up of e-learning, classroom training, simulator sessions, line training, checks and so on. Your organisation builds each course from blocks, and as blocks are completed the course progresses. See Course blocks explained.

There are two ways you'll see courses in the app:

• Courses (in the ☰ menu) – for instructors. Shows the courses of the trainees you're responsible for, and lets you complete blocks by filling in forms, recording work sessions and ticking off training elements.
• My Courses (Quick Actions on the home screen) – for trainees. Shows your own courses so you can follow your progress. This is view only. See My Courses.
  

The Courses screen

• Course name
• Trainee – crew code and name
• Started – the date the trainee began the course
• Progress bar – the percentage of the course completed

The coloured bar on the left shows the status: orange for a course in progress and green for a completed course.

To find a course quickly, type in Search courses or pick a trainee from Search students. Tap an entry to open the course. See Navigating a course.
