It is possible to build forms that lets you grade two crew members side by side without the need to go from one form to another. Once a dual form has been submitted by the instructor, the form gets split into two separate and individual forms for each crew member.
To enable a form to function as a dual form, there are a few required settings for the form. In addition, some of the form elements will be shared between both crew member while some form elements will be identical but individual.
Below is an example of a very simplified dual form that contains two crew elements, a few common elements and some individual elements. The first image shows the form on the iPad and the second image shows the same form in the form builder.

Individual fields: Crew code & Before take-off grading component
Crew fields: When building a dual form, it is required to add two crew fields in the form builder.
In the form builder, the individual fields are marked with "Individual"

The following form elements can only exist as common fields
- Header

- Separator
All dual forms will be available to fill out either as a dual form or as a single form. Therefore, all dual forms will have the following selections available for the instructor in the form list to choose from:
