Email reminders for records

Email reminders for records

1. Choose a record

Go to Settings-> Records and choose which record you'd want to send out reminders and click on the EMAIL tab.

2. Select One-time or repeating emails. Now decide if you want to send out just one email, or repeated ones.  The later is often used for recurrent training records. You can also use both.

3. Add an existing template to your Record email. Here you can also decide if you want to send to admin, crew or both.

4. Decide when the reminder should be sent. In the example below we set the reminder to be sent out 10 days before the record expires. Click save when you're done.
