What a user see when logged in to Crewdox is determined by the access that has been assigned to the user. In this article, we focus on an admin user that can see and do everything.
The main menu
Below is a short description of the various menu items.
Home
This is where a regular user can see his or her updated records including all historical updates for a record. It is also possible to send a file to admin from here. A typical example could be when a crew member has a new medical that should be submitted.
Tasks
Anything that needs an administrators action will be showing up under Tasks. There will also be a counter that shows the number of tasks that are waiting for attention.
Course Manager
In the course manager, administrators will handle and keep track of ongoing courses. It could for example be to increase the number of required sectors in a specific line training program for a trainee that needs some extra training.
Courses
The Courses page will show any course where the logged in user is assigned as a trainer. Actions related to courses by the trainer or instructor can be taken from this page. Additional functionality for instructors are available by using the iPad app.

Plan, edit and view events from here. Also events triggered by crew planning integrations will be shown here.
Current Events
Here, the instructor can see and access the events that he or she is currently assigned as a trainer.
Records
The records view gives an overview of all the records in your company. This will be limited based on the access a person has. Various actions for records can be taken from here.
