Normal
The normal login is the same email and password that is used to log in directly on the web portal.
Sign in with Microsoft (only available using Apple Business manager)
To utilize the "Sign in with Microsoft" option, specific configurations must be set up both in your Azure portal and within your Crewdox account settings.
When using this login method, the user is required to specify the company they wish to log into. After this information is entered, a Microsoft pop-up will appear, allowing the user to log in using their Microsoft credentials. This integration is designed to streamline the login process for users who are part of organisations using Microsoft services, particularly those managed through the Apple Business Manager.
Sync when signing in
Upon signing into the app, the first action required is synchronization. Users should accept the "Synchronize now" message prompt. The duration of this sync will vary based on the volume of data to be downloaded and the speed of the internet connection, typically ranging from approximately 5 to 60 seconds. It's important to note that subsequent syncs after the initial one will generally be quicker.
