On the "My Crewdox" page, users have the ability to view their personal training records, along with any documents that might be attached to these records.
At the bottom of this page, there is a tab bar. This feature enables users to toggle between viewing their updated records and identifying missing records — those records that have never been updated. This functionality aids in keeping track of one's training progress and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and up to date.
On the "My Crewdox" page, there is a camera icon located in the top right corner. Tapping on this icon will activate the iPad's camera, allowing the user to take a photo of a new document, like a medical certificate. (Note: The first time this function is used, the user will need to grant the app access to the camera.)
After the photo is taken, the next screen allows the user to specify the type of training record the photo is updating. The user can also enter the performed date of the Medical (in this example), and the system will automatically calculate the new expiry date.
To submit the document, tap "Send" in the top right corner. Once this is done, the photo will be sent to the Crewdox inbox, where it awaits approval by an administrator. This feature streamlines the process of updating and managing training records.
