My Crewdox overview

My Crewdox is your home screen — the first thing you see after logging in and the place to return to when you want an overview of where things stand.

From here you can:

Use Quick Actions to jump straight to a new form, upload a document, or view your records and courses.
Check In Progress for anything that needs your attention, such as expired records.
Open the ☰ menu to reach the other areas of the app and sync your data.

Quick Actions

The Quick Actions panel on the My Crewdox home screen gives you one-tap shortcuts to the things you'll do most often.

New Form – opens the Forms page, where you can start filling in a new form. See Starting a new form.
Upload Document – opens the Upload document page, where you can add a document from your iPad, camera or Files. See Uploading a document.
My Records – shows your training, qualifications and certificates, with their completion and expiry dates. See My Records.
My Courses – shows the courses you're currently enrolled in and your progress through each one. This is view only, so you can follow along and check what's been completed, but course activities are recorded elsewhere. See My Courses.

The Quick Actions you see depend on your access type, so some buttons may not be shown.
