Record integrations
Records can be integrated in two ways.
- Integration of records to a learning management system can be done in order to automatically assign crew to specific LMS courses based on the expiry date in Crewdox. In addition, as soon as a crew completes a training in the LMS, the certificate and dates can automatically update the record in Crewdox. Depending on the LMS used, the functionality may differ slightly depending on the LMS integration capabilities.
- Integration of records to a crew planning software can be done in order to always keep expiry dates in the crew planning software up to date with the latest training and checking data from Crewdox.
