The History tab on the Forms screen lists every form you've ever submitted, newest first. Each entry shows the form name, the crew member(s) it relates to and the date submitted.

Tap the document icon on the right to open the completed form as a PDF. From there you can use the standard iPad share options to save or send it if needed.

Submitted forms can't be edited from the app. If something needs changing, contact your administrator or the person who reviews the form.
