By using deep links in a Crewdox form, it is possible to link users directly to the correct document in Web Manuals.
In your Web Manuals editor click on the information icon and then on the advanced tab. From here, you can copy the deep link that you will use later.



Create a document in Crewdox

Go to Settings - Documents and click "Add new"


  1. In the document type list, select Web Manuals Document.
  2. Give it a name.
  3. Select "Yes" in the Available on iPad field
  4. Paste the Web Manuals document link
  5. Click Create

Add the document to a form

Open the form builder and click edit on any grading where you like to add the document. Select the document in the dropdown adjacent to the grading item and click Save. Remember to click Save one more time in the form itself and not only in the grading.

When clicking the link in the form on the iPad, the correct document will now open in the Web Manuals app.
