Air Maestro
The integration between Crewdox and Air Maestro lets our common customers share record data between the two systems.
Functions
The below table shows how Crewdox lists records and crew from Air Maestro and maps them to their corresponding entries in Crewdox. If a user's record is updated in Crewdox, the performed date, expiry date, and PDF (if included in the update) will be sent to Air Maestro and update the user's record there.
Basic setup
To use the integration between Crewdox and Air Maestro accounts, email support@crewdox.com to initiate the process.

GetUsers | Lists Users from Air Maestro for manual mapping to Users in Crewdox | Every 60 minutes |
PushRecordRows | Updates connected records of connected users from Crewdox to Air Maestro. Transfers attached PDF's with record updates om Crewdox to Air maestro | Every 5 minutes |
Mapping of Records
- In Crewdox, navigate to Settings - Records.
- Select a record that you want to connect to a record in Air Maestro.
- Click on the Integrations tab.
- Select record from Air Maestro in the drop-down menu.
- Click SAVE
Mapping of Users
- In Crewdox, navigate to Settings - Crew.
- Select a Crew that you want to connect to a Crew in Air Maestro.
- Click on the Integrations tab.
- Select Crew from Air Maestro in the drop-down menu.
- Click SAVE
