Integration setting

Crewdox

Under Settings - Integrations, select the CPaT integration. You will now see which roles are needed on a crew in order for him or her to be automatically added in CPaT.

CPaT

In order for Crewdox to get the list of courses from CPaT, a course code needs to be added on the CPaT course page. There is no specific format required for this course code, but a good example for the Aviation Security course could be Security 2023

Users
Once the user gets the applicable role in Crewdox, it will be created in CPaT. In addition, the newly created CPaT user will also be automatically connected to its counterpart in Crewdox. You can see this by navigating to Settings-Crew and select a crew member. Under the integration tab, you will see which user in CPaT the Crewdox user is connected to. From here you can also remove the connection if desired for some reason.

Records
The applicable record in Crewdox needs to be connected to the applicable course in CPaT. Go to Settings-Records. Select a record and under the integrations tab, select the applicable course in CPaT that should update the record.

Note
Once all the above connections are done, Crewdox will receive course completions to the Task list the following day.
