Overview
As a Crewdox administrator, you will be using the task list to handle the majority of incoming tasks. For example, when a form or attendance list has been submitted, it will come to the tasks list where you can perform certain actions based on the task type.
Examples of actions are:
- Approve and update records based on a submitted form or attendance list.
- Return something to an instructor
- Save to crew files
- and more.
The various task actions are explained in another article.
Many tasks can be automated to reduce the manual workload. More on that in the article about automations.
Filtering tasks
You can filter your task by clicking on various fields such as task Group, Instructor, task type and more. To remove the selected filter, simply remove it by clicking on the filter above the task list.
Opening a task
To open a task, click in the white space to see possible task actions.
