iPad - Attendance

How do I add an attendance list?

In the main navigation, click on Attendance


Start a new list

Click the + icon in the top right corner

Name of instructor

The name of instructor will be pre-filled with the logged in user but can be modified.

Records

Select which Records you wish to connect to this Attendance List by ticking the applicable Records in the pop-up window. Save when done.

Date

Set a date. The date will be set to todays date, but can be modified.

Title/Location

This is a free text field that can be used to give the attendance list a title. 

Comments

Write optional comments about the training here.

Instructor signature

This is a mandatory signature field.

Adding attendees

Click the attendees tab in the bottom of the screen.


Add attendees by clicking the "Edit Attendees" button. 

Attendees signatures

Signatures from attendees are not mandatory. If signed, the row will have a green indication on the row.


Submit the attendance list

Click Submit followed by a sync to submit the attendance list.
